Episode Overview

Shirley is eager to convince Carmine to marry her after scoring a complimentary wedding reception. She persuades Laverne to accompany her to a bridal promotional event. There, Shirley learns that a woman who had booked an extravagant wedding has to cancel her plans. The organizer is instructed to offer the package to someone else in need, and Shirley quickly claims that she is that person. With the wedding on the horizon, she schemes to get Carmine to propose. After luring him to her apartment, she rushes him out, telling him to meet her at the hotel for the ceremony. When Shirley, Laverne, and their best men, Lenny and Squiggy, arrive, they find the vicar and guests waiting—yet Carmine is nowhere to be found. To keep spirits high, Laverne and the guys break into a few lively renditions of "Lullaby of Broadway." Eventually, Carmine...
