Episode Overview
Frank is making his usual donation to the local councilman when he learns that the politician plans to demolish Cowboy Bills to construct a high-rise. Furious, Frank chases him out of the restaurant and rushes to see Laverne, who is sick in bed. He shares his anger with her and resolves that the only way to stop the corrupt councilman is to run against him. The next day at Cowboy Bills, Frank rallies his friends to support his campaign. When the councilman arrives with a camera crew to promote his plans, Frank confronts him, exposing his corrupt dealings. A TV anchor invites Frank to participate in a live debate against Councilman Pike. Later, Frank confides in Carmine that he has never spoken in public before.
