Tiffany and Billy, a troubled couple living in their car, receive a substantial tax refund, which they use to purchase a significant quantity of heroin, endangering the future they hope to create together. Tracey, a homeless gay man, navigates the challenges of his life by riding buses and seeking refuge in bathroom stalls to use heroin. Zac, a free-spirited musician, struggles to harness his talent due to his overwhelming addiction. Interventionist Heather Hayes partners with her colleague Donna Chavous to delve deeper into how the city is confronting this crisis.
