In the seemingly peaceful suburbs north of Atlanta, known as "The Heroin Triangle," the heroin epidemic continues to escalate. Heather Hayes, an intervention specialist, teams up with her colleague Donna Chavous to delve deeper into how the city is managing the crisis. Meanwhile, Zac grapples with his family's legacy of violence and addiction, which jeopardizes his intervention efforts. With cash from his tax refund, Billy and Tiffany buy heroin and settle into a hotel, seeking a break from life in Tiffany's car. However, their brief escape takes a dark turn when Tiffany goes missing.
