Mimiko discovers that she is actually with Cassa instead of Wong. Just then, Katarou and Zelman arrive to help her, but she manages to slip away. Soon after, they realize that blood bags containing Kowloon blood have been dispersed throughout the special zone, leading to a surge of Kowloon children. Can they find a way to contain the chaos?
