Sei has lowered the barrier that safeguards the special zone and is now assisting in the elimination of the Kowloon children. Meanwhile, Jirou reunites with Katarou and Mimiko, managing to sway him to his side. Just then, Walkerman appears and confronts Jirou, who is currently in a weakened state. Will Jirou emerge victorious in this battle? Will he continue to remain within the special zone?
