Will and Grace decide they need more space and embark on a quest for a new apartment, discovering a stunning option along the way—thanks in part to Sandra Bernhard's interference. To fund their move, they resort to illegally sub-letting their previous place. Meanwhile, Jack, with the best of intentions, starts documenting Karen's vibrant life in honor of her birthday. However, he inadvertently uncovers the existence of her estranged, less-than-reputable mother.
