Thrilled by the success of their new business, Will and Grace assist their buyers, Jack and Stuart, as they start their life together in their new apartment. However, when Grace gets a tempting offer above the asking price, the "friendly flippers" seize the opportunity to create doubt in Jack's mind, hoping to profit from the situation.
