Will and Grace celebrate their recent success in real estate by setting their sights on the East Side, but soon find themselves at odds with the fierce lesbian duo, Deirdre and Monet, who dominate the apartment flipping scene. As they face off against their aggressive competitors, Will uses his charm to try and create a rift between the rival moguls. Meanwhile, Karen turns to psychic John Edward for insight as she grapples with the guilt stemming from her recent engagement.
