Episode Overview
During a surfing lesson with del Torro, T.C. comes across a group of aggressive Surf Nazis harassing a Hispanic surfer on the shore. The gang, led by a former law student who knows his rights, operates from a beach bar adorned with Nazi insignia. T.C. and Victor, who is Hispanic but doesn’t visually fit the stereotype, are pushed into a confrontation that leads to T.C.'s suspension. Meanwhile, Cory and Victor pursue a relentless sixteen-year-old graffiti artist, whose tags appear everywhere, including Victor's bicycle and the firehouse. After visiting the tagger’s home and witnessing his artwork, Cory recognizes his talent and the deeper issues at play. However, when the tagger crosses paths with the Surf Nazis in the firehouse, he becomes their target and needs rescuing from T.C. and Cory. Additionally, "The Cove," known for its illegal nude beach, faces potential changes with an upcoming ballot measure as election
