Episode Overview

As the team hunts for a trio of heavily armed robbers, T.C. unexpectedly encounters one of the suspects on the rooftop of a liquor store. When ordered to shoot, the young criminal hesitates and escapes, leaving T.C. shaken. This brush with danger drives T.C. into a downward spiral of reckless behavior as he becomes fixated on the case. In a climactic moment, the officers face a tense standoff when two of the robbers attempt to take a young girl hostage at a market. T.C. once again confronts the same gunman, needing to persuade him to spare the life of the injured Tony Palermo. Meanwhile, Victor is taken aback to find that the awkward girl he once took to prom, whom he later dumped, is now a centerfold in a magazine reminiscent of Playboy.
