A blistering heatwave has hit the beach, driving everyone to the brink. Palermo faces three urgent crises: K.C.B.H. radio is broadcasting their summer afternoon show from a bustling boardwalk where we patrol. T.C. becomes friends with a captivating D.J. known for her sultry talk, only to discover she’s being pursued by an obsessed fan who believes he needs to eliminate men from her life. Clashing with the detective on the case, T.C. devises a plan to act as bait, pretending to be the D.J.'s romantic interest to catch the stalker. Meanwhile, Cory and Victor are hot on the trail of the “topless bandit.” Two young women enter banks and jewelry stores, dancing and undressing while their partner carries out armed robberies, leaving no witnesses who can describe the thief. Elvis is convinced that a peculiar series of holes along the shoreline is evidence of aliens attempting to reach out to Southern California
