Chris' tumultuous past in the Navy comes to light when it's revealed that five years earlier, she trained under the misogynistic flight instructor, Captain Frank Hawkins. His deliberate misinformation led to a devastating jet crash. Chris was granted an honorable discharge on the stipulation that Hawkins would no longer teach, but he has returned to the role. A tragic incident involving a female pilot, whose co-pilot died under similar circumstances, prompts her to seek Chris' testimony, forcing Chris to confront her painful memories as she visits the Navy base for closure. Meanwhile, T.C. and Victor delve into a series of boardwalk robberies where an alluring woman lures foreign tourists into a trap with her accomplices. As the robberies escalate to murder, T.C. and Palermo go undercover, disguised as flamboyant wealthy tourists, to catch the criminals.
