Episode Overview

T.C. is furious when "The Sandman," a hitman linked to the deaths of a police informant and an innocent victim, is set free from prison. Ignoring the directives of DEA agent Inspector Enright (from the episode "Black Pearl"), T.C. decides to follow the Sandman, hoping to catch him in the act of another crime. However, Enright ultimately apprehends T.C. for obstructing justice. Unbeknownst to both, the Sandman is plotting to manipulate T.C. to take revenge on the three drug dealers who betrayed him, ensuring he won’t even need to pull the trigger himself.
