Episode Overview

T.C., a police officer who once apprehended a notorious drug dealer, finds himself in peril when the criminal escapes from prison and abducts him. The kidnapper confines T.C. in a trailer buried beneath a sandy beach, threatening to kill him in twelve hours unless a ransom is paid by his father, Ethan, and brother, Teddy. As the Pacific Blue team races against time to locate T.C., he desperately seeks a way to escape his underground captivity before it’s too late.
