Episode Overview

After Granger intervenes to save a woman from suicide, he discovers she is being blackmailed by an escort agency. Despite her reluctance to testify, she reveals that the agency operates under the guise of auto mechanics. Teaming up with Cruz, they persuade Cory to allow them to go undercover. They uncover a former convict among the staff and persuade him to connect them with the agency’s leader. Cruz learns that one of the escorts plans to break away and start his own business, attracting the woman’s affections and lavish spending. When the boss discovers the man stealing the client list, he murders him. As Granger and Cruz struggle to gather evidence, Cory considers shutting down the operation. They convince her to pose as a new target. However, when she arrives at the service center, Granger is sent in her place.
