In Memphis, Sergeant Connie Justice delves into the murder of a 32-year-old tattoo artist who was killed during a robbery. The victim’s husband, who escaped the incident, can only provide the nicknames of the assailants. With stencils of the tattoos that customers received prior to the crime in hand, Justice is tasked with identifying and pursuing the various suspects involved.
