In the QuickFire challenge, the remaining four chefs race against the clock, given just 35 minutes to whip up as many dishes as they can, supported by a team of expert sous-chefs—previous champions from Top Chef Canada. For the Elimination Challenge, they venture to the scenic shores of Lake Ontario, where they will grill Canadian game meat for a daunting panel of judges, including James Beard award-winning Chef Normand Laprise and the champions from the first four seasons of Top Chef Canada.
