Marianne struggles to adjust to life with Nick's in-laws and decides to meet him at the Station after his shift. Meanwhile, Recall faces issues with Clingfilm and his Tuba playing. On the allotment, Sicknote discovers an unexploded grenade while using his metal detector and accidentally detonates it, destroying a neighbor's shed and earning the nickname "The Blackwall Bomber." Later, the fire brigade responds to a house fire and finds a deceased child. George feels guilty, believing he could have arrived sooner if he hadn't missed a turn. At Talent Night, Clingfilm's Tuba performance falters, but Gregg shines with his rendition of "Wind Beneath My Wings." Finally, Kelly returns from Spain with her friend Suzie, leading George to suspect she might have had an affair during the trip.
