Episode Overview
"How about it, son? Had enough of the Mount Thomas Hilton, time to check out?" The Heelers respond to a burglary at a nearby farm, where they find the place ransacked and the owner injured. This marks the third burglary of the week, prompting Tom to enlist the Special Response Squad for assistance. As PJ interviews Mr. Blakely about the break-in and his assault, the victim struggles to recall his attacker. Meanwhile, Maggie and the squad comb the site again and uncover an earring that doesn’t belong to Mrs. Blakely. Roz receives a call about a woman being threatened by two armed men and alerts the squad and Maggie. However, it turns out to be a false alarm, leading the Squad Sergeant to vent his frustration at Roz, questioning her competence. Later, Maggie is visited by Squad Sergeant Cole in her room.
