Episode Overview
Tom asks Chris Riley to confirm the identity of her deceased ex-husband, Terry. Accompanied by Tom, Chris visits the mortuary and sadly verifies that it’s Terry. Later, at the dawn Anzac Day parade, Tom mentions he spotted Terry at the service, but Chris dismisses it, insisting Tom’s mistaken. She reveals to Terry that he has $700 in unpaid fines and urges him to start fresh and leave. Terry proposes that Chris sell the pub and join him. Meanwhile, Tom heads to the Imperial to confront Chris, threatening to obtain a warrant if she doesn’t open the door. Unbeknownst to them, Terry escapes through a window, only to be confronted by PJ. Tom warns Chris that if he buried the wrong man without fixing it, he could have lost his car.
