Episode Overview

Tension rises in Mt. Thomas after an elderly woman is mugged. Clancy, who witnessed the crime, points fingers at the new residents, the Baxters. Adult siblings Matt, Troy, and Tarni are questioned, but the police find no evidence against them. Their father, Barry, a subtly domineering figure, arrives to secure their release, but soon after, Clancy is attacked. The investigation links the assault to the Baxters, leading to Troy’s arrest when a brick crashes through Tom's window. Meanwhile, an old war veteran named 'Rocket' Turnbull, who knows Tom, has made threats against him. Meanwhile, Ben tries to mediate between Jo and PJ, but Jo reveals that her breakup with PJ was due to Maggie. Although PJ believes they can still collaborate, Jo has requested a transfer. As a new day breaks in Mt. Thomas, Grace and Jo are heartbroken when Cal Millic, who they were assisting in a custody dispute, loses and refuses
