Episode Overview

Dash and Adam head to the train yards after hearing about vandalism and encounter a pair of young troublemakers—one of whom is so quick that he outpaces Dash. She suspects she knows the boy, Jed Russell, and learns he has been staying with his father, Jim. When the seemingly indifferent Jim steps in, Tom recognizes him as a fellow Vietnam veteran still grappling with the trauma of the war.
