Sally Downie, Tom’s love interest, has gone missing, and the Heelers believe that the same two dangerous criminals responsible for kidnapping the daughter of a local con artist are behind her abduction. However, when the girl manages to break free, the Heelers start to rethink their assessment of the situation. With Sally still at risk, Tom takes charge of a frantic mission to rescue her before it’s too late.
