Ben Stewart is back in Mt. Thomas, but his return comes with a setback—he's been demoted to Senior Constable after getting into a fight with Romano. Soon, however, Ben finds himself at the center of a troubling investigation concerning the death of a local woman, which puts the loyalty of the Heelers to the ultimate test.
