Episode Overview
Maggie persuades PJ to invest in a plot of land under her name. However, when they arrive at the solicitor's office to pick up the paperwork, they discover the solicitor dead from a gunshot wound to the head, a gun in his hand, and a note on his computer that reads, "I'm sorry I failed you all." It appears to be a clear case of suicide, leaving Maggie and PJ worried they’ve lost their $10,000. Eager to dig deeper, they face resistance from Tom, who doesn't want Maggie involved due to her personal stake. PJ decides to continue the investigation discreetly, though he doubts they’ll recover the money, especially with rumors of the solicitor's gambling issues. Meanwhile, Ben is determined to assist Maggie and promises to do everything he can to help her get her money back.
