Dead Lucky (2018)
S06E10 Dirty Money
Episode Overview
While out on a routine call, Jack encounters a reckless driver who menacingly threatens him with what Jack believes to be a sawn-off shotgun. In a moment of panic, Jack fires his weapon, but fortunately, no one is injured. The driver, known for causing trouble in the area, seizes the opportunity to claim attempted murder and accuses Jack of stealing money from his glove compartment, expressing his disdain for the police. Inspector Falcon Price arrives to handle the investigation, only to find chaos at the station, where Darren Dawson is stirring up a protest. When a young graffiti artist, detained for questioning, alleges that Jack assaulted him, Dawson jumps at the chance to support the claim, labeling it police harassment and blaming “Shooter” for it. Falcon Price remains distinctly unimpressed. Meanwhile, Tom faces pressure to demonstrate that he can manage Jack effectively and maintain the police department's reputation in Mt. Thomas, especially after Falcon Price's car is stolen right outside the station.
