Episode Overview
Chris has successfully launched the first Mount Thomas Blues Festival, attracting a massive influx of tourists, but ominous rain forecasts threaten to ruin the event. After months of hard work, she’s anxious about the outcome. Jo isn’t thrilled about the festival, while Jonesy and Tess are excited, especially since childhood idol Butch Jordan and legendary Charlie Bell are performing. Jo's frustration grows when Ben injures himself during basketball, forcing her to cover his shift and miss her weekend off. Meanwhile, Farmer Roy Haiseman takes aim at a trespasser, who turns out to be Butch. The only access road to the festival runs through Roy's land, and he’s not pleased, especially since Chris beat him in the council election. Additionally, Erin Williams, the festival organizer, accidentally hits Roy's mare after Butch leaves a gate ajar, adding to the chaos.
