Ed is caught in the middle of two feuding morning radio hosts, Mike and Nancy, who are considering ending their two-decade-long friendship. Meanwhile, Mike and Nancy discover that their proactive marriage counselor is doing more harm than good. To prevent Ed and Carol from ruining their bond, Molly steps in to offer some much-needed perspective and guidance.
