Episode Overview
Pete Dudley, a real estate agent, persuades Mrs. Brown to sell her dilapidated house, which creates a dilemma for Tim and Martin, especially when it comes to concealing their spaceship. Dudley has potential buyers lined up, Edgar and Emily Graham, who are particularly keen on the garage for Mr. Graham's workshop. When the Grahams arrive unexpectedly for a viewing, Martin struggles to hide the spaceship, resorting to levitating it with his special finger, a challenging task given its size. They successfully conceal the ship during the visit. However, after signing a $100 advance commission, Mrs. Brown starts to reconsider selling. To thwart the sale, Martin decides to demonstrate just how rundown the house truly is, utilizing his Martian abilities.
