Episode Overview

The Mayor takes great pride in his role and wishes for a painting of the Town Hall. As his birthday approaches, the villagers decide to gift him this artwork. Chippy Minton has noticed an artist capturing scenes around the village, but now the artist has disappeared. Determined to find him, Chippy and the other villagers set off on a search to locate the elusive painter.
