Captain Planet and the Planeteers (1990)

Episode Overview

On the island of Mogahl, Looten Plunder and Dr. Blight have joined forces, planning to use Blight's new cloning machine to create workers for Plunder's flamethrower factory. Their first test subject is a locust, but it escapes before they can capture another for further experimentation. While searching for the runaway, they encounter Vico, a boy from a nearby village. He becomes the next cloning subject, but his cloning spree spirals out of control, threatening to devastate the island. The Planeteers, along with Captain Planet, must find a way to reverse the cloning effects and deal with the rampaging locusts.
