Captain Planet and the Planeteers (1990)

Episode Overview

While exploring Skyrunner from "Stardust," the Planeteers stumble upon a malfunctioning irrigation scheme created by Looten Plunder. He has deceived the Tribe into permitting this project, luring them with false promises of wealth, employment, and bountiful crops. The Planeteers must persuade the Tribe that the initiative is actually harmful rather than beneficial, before Plunder drains their water supply and jeopardizes their way of life.
