Episode Overview

After a bout of illness, Lizzie is visited by Gordo and Miranda, who deliver unsettling news: she must partner with Kate for a social studies project. Lizzie panics and tries to avoid class, but her parents insist she goes. Kate is equally displeased about the pairing but shows up at the McGuire home to collaborate on their assignment, preparing a Latvian treat called Alexander Tort.
