Sheryl Holt reveals the hidden affair between Milton and Lisa on her website, prompting Harper to question Buttle about his involvement. Milton, however, denies any foul play, insisting he and Lisa have merely formed a “Shakespeare Club.” Worried for his friend, Riley chooses to stay silent for now but pleads with Buttle to end his relationship with Lisa. On another front, Riley faces a troubling issue when three boys are brutally beaten by an anonymous bully. He soon learns that the aggressor is a heavyset girl defending herself against constant taunts. He brings her onto the wrestling team, where she surprises everyone by winning her first match, earning newfound respect. Meanwhile, Marylin grows concerned that one of her students may be enduring incestuous abuse after the girl pens a disturbing “fictional” essay about her father. Despite the student’s denials, Marylin decides to inform Big Boy of her suspicions.
