Episode Overview

Principal Harper faces the threat of losing his job as the school board meeting approaches, but he can't ignore the crisis when little Anthony Ward is discovered hanging upside down from the roof. The soccer team had targeted Anthony after he blocked their cheating plans for a test. In an effort to address the bullying, Harper decides to suspend the entire team, which leads to a heated confrontation with Superintendent Marla Shinn, who is furious about the forfeited soccer season. Meanwhile, Harry Senate admits to kissing Dana Poole and reveals her blackmail scheme. Guber, taken aback, sends Dana to Bob "Big Boy" Lick for counseling, yet Harper chooses not to suspend Senate. Coach Riley grapples with a football team that ostracizes a teammate for being gay, refusing to shower with him. Additionally, Lauren must defend her curriculum when Superintendent Shinn questions the inclusion of cannibalism in her lessons. Tensions escalate at the school board meeting as all these issues collide.
