Episode Overview

Three months have passed since the doomsday cult released the genetically engineered Berlin C virus, leaving much of the world dead or suffering. Among the survivors are a group of hospital patients and their nurse, Marie Alexander (Maria Conchita Alonso), who remained safe due to being in quarantine when the outbreak occurred. As they face dwindling supplies of food and fuel, a soldier arrives with a new vaccine from the Center for Disease Control. However, there's only enough for three doses, and it will take three days for the vaccine to become effective. Marie must keep the peace as she decides who will receive the shots.
