Title: Relativity Theory Plot: Biologist Teresa Janovitch (MELISSA GILBERT) finds herself among military personnel aboard the Resource Survey Vehicle Cortez, heading to Tau Ceti Prime to locate valuable minerals for a depleted Earth. The initial findings suggest the planet is barren of life yet abundant in resources, promising a lucrative reward for the crew and their company. However, their first expedition is met with hostility from enormous, seemingly primitive aliens. As command unexpectedly shifts to Janovitch, she struggles against her crew, including the ruthless Sgt. Adam Sears (Jeremy Ratchford) and the ambiguous Corporal Charles Pendelton (Tim Guinee). Sears leads a hunt that results in the deaths of the aliens and the acquisition of a mysterious golden artifact, which prompts Janovitch to uncover a startling truth about the slain creatures.
