The footage captures Josh Butler, a reclusive man living in a nearby cabin, miraculously reviving a young girl who had fallen to her death, surrounded by an enigmatic blue glow. Judy's investigation takes an unexpected turn when a covert military unit, led by Col. Roger Tennent and Major Samuel Harbeck, intervenes.
