Tom drops by to see homeowners Roy and Sandra Lynn, introducing them to a range of products aimed at preventing leaves and debris from clogging their rain gutters. Later, Tom joins Richard, Roger, and Steve as they inspect two mysterious items, attempting to figure out their purpose. Following that, Richard pays a visit to Steve and Maureen Parker, assisting them in fixing their unsteady toilet.
