Tom assists homeowner John Hill in eliminating drafts by fitting insulation around the weight pockets of his windows. Meanwhile, Tom, Richard, Roger, and Steve take a closer look at two mysterious items and attempt to figure out their purposes. Additionally, Richard pays a visit to homeowner John Johnstone to aid in the installation of a sewage ejection pump for a new toilet in his basement.
