Episode Overview

Walker is put in charge of a special task force to catch the elusive strangler. Nora's brother, Jack, betrays her by stealing confidential information and passing it to the journalist Holly Bennett, who has charmed him. In a reckless move, Bennett decides to confront the strangler directly. During a violent encounter in Chinatown, Nora and Walt find themselves under fire; in the chaos, Nora manages to shoot the assailant but accidentally injures Walt in the process. This incident leads Nora to contemplate stepping away from her position on the force.
