Episode Overview

Ryan encounters Robin Moore, a woman convinced that she's being followed and could be the next target of The Strangler. She volunteers to act as "bait," allowing Ryan to ensnare the killer. Meanwhile, Nora and Walt look into the mysterious death of a man who plunged from a tenth-floor window, initially suspected to be a suicide. However, Ben and Nora dig deeper, revealing that the case is actually a murder rather than a tragic leap.
