Cartman embarks on a quest to befriend older men and turns to the Internet for help. He stumbles upon individuals who are interested in spending time with young boys. When the North American Man Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) hosts a meeting in South Park, Cartman finds himself at the center of attention as their representative. Meanwhile, the boys discover the depths of an adult's affection for a child.
