Episode Overview

Kyle requires a kidney transplant, and Cartman is an ideal match. However, Cartman demands a staggering $10 million for his kidney. The other boys hatch a scheme to sneak into Cartman's house and take one of his kidneys. Cartman, however, outsmarts them. Distraught over the thought of losing Kyle, Stan decides to take matters into his own hands and, with support from their parents, manages to secure Cartman's kidney for Kyle.
