Becker falls prey to a young model's manipulation, while McKenzie faces illness that requires surgery he is reluctant to discuss. Shacter takes Melman to Hawaii, and Kelsey regrets encouraging Markowitz to join her on a challenging backpacking trip that turns out to be a nightmare.
