Episode Overview
Becker plays the role of a children's show host's wife who files for divorce after discovering him in bed with an unexpected partner. Meanwhile, Brackman and Kerris reach a resolution to their ongoing conflict. Sifuentes starts to question his client's innocence regarding her newborn's death after witnessing her lash out at her older child. Kuzak successfully persuades the IRS to acknowledge their mistake in the Messer case, and takes action when a bank seeks to foreclose on his boat. Brackman insists that Becker finalize a prenup for a high-profile client. McKenzie discloses the details of his minor surgery, while Kelsey and Markowitz get engaged and impulsively head to Las Vegas for a quick wedding, only to burst into laughter when an Elvis impersonator at the chapel sends them running back to Los Angeles before they can say "I do." A recovering and sober Van Owen returns to Kuzak's side.
