Episode Overview

Kuzak believes that a discreet trial with a secretive judge will help him secure a lucrative endorsement deal for his gay client with a cereal company. However, when the ruling is unfavorable, his client hesitates to pursue a retrial after an ex parte disclosure hints at the judge's partiality, fearing it would out the judge. Meanwhile, Perkins confronts Ringstrom upon discovering he's married, leading her to end their relationship after a staged visit to meet his wife. Additionally, Meyer and Melman face a rift over how to address their marriage issues but manage to reconcile after Melman confronts some uncomfortable truths in therapy. Meanwhile, Kelsey and Markowitz struggle with childcare issues, bringing their daughter to the office.
