Episode Overview
Leo Manfred, a driven car mechanic, is working on the limousine of Gavin Revere, a once-celebrated filmmaker. As Leo charms Gavin's daughter Nicky, they quickly become engaged. However, Gavin grows wary of Leo and demands that he secure a life insurance policy with Nicky as the beneficiary. Leo complies, and wedding plans proceed. On the night before the ceremony, Leo offends Gavin by criticizing his legendary silent film, Death Scene, prompting Gavin to threaten to call off the wedding. In retaliation, Leo plots murder, luring both Gavin and Nicky to a cliff. In a surprising twist, Nicky outsmarts Leo, pushing him over the edge. She then reveals her true identity as Gavin's actress wife, exposing their scheme to claim Leo's insurance money.
