Episode Overview

Joan finds herself in a tricky situation when she agrees to dinner with both Ellis and Brock, despite her intention to stick with Ellis. Tensions rise when she unexpectedly shares a steamy kiss with Brock, just as Ellis nearly walks in on them. Meanwhile, Joan’s friends witness the entire incident from the laundry room. Later, she comes clean to Ellis about what happened during the play night. Initially enraged, he later pays her a visit and they acknowledge their feelings, realizing they weren't truly in love. Joan rushes off to call Brock. Meanwhile, William tries to negotiate with Maya to fulfill her job responsibilities, but she continues to outsmart him at every turn.
